Founded in 2022, FORGEX Consultants Inc was formed to fulfill the industry’s need for productive, experienced design engineering consultants who deliver the highest level quality of work.  We are committed to the continuous learning, growth and development of every engineer on our team in order to fulfill this mission.

 

Headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area / Silicon Valley, our engineers work locally and / or remotely, depending on the requirements of the client. We work using our own secure hardware and software tools, or those of our clients, as requested by the client.

About our Founder

 

Alex Garcia-Rubio has worked as a Design Engineer, Engineering Lead, Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Engineering Director and VP on nearly 100 projects.  He has:

 

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology
• M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University (Smart Product Design)
• 25+ years in engineering product development
• Worked with 40+ different clients including startup, growth and mature companies
• 8+ years on projects for Fortune 100 clients
• Four utility patents
• Worked on consumer electronics, audio products, wearables, medical devices, transducers, computer products, assembly fixtures, marine products, products that have gone to space, and much more...
